Detroit legend Moodymann is featured in GTA V’s latest update: The Cayo Perico Heist. The online update introduces a virtual night club named The Music Locker where real life DJs are invited to perform in front of a Los Santos night clubbing crowd.
The concept is one of a kind and reminds of online gaming live concerts by the likes of Marshmello and Travis Scott.
Next to the Moodymann, there are also performances by Solomun, the Keinemusik collective and Palms Trax which can be found online. Next to the delicate selection of tracks played, the visuals and authentic movements of crowd and the man behind the decks are simply fun and refreshing during current times.
